3. Citibank exchange rates apply to transfers across currencies. Citibank exchange rates apply to transfers made across currencies. Citibank Global Transfers have no transaction fee, however, Citibank exchange rates apply to cross currency conversions. This exchange rate will be confirmed before the transaction is carried out. The maximum daily cross border transfer amount is £10,000 in Sterling or the equivalent amount in the currency of the recipient account. In certain destinations, other limits exist. In certain circumstances, Citibank will contact customers to confirm a request before processing it. This is to maintain the security of the account and to protect the interest of customers.
